19 November

  • CIS Returns: Due for the month ended 5 November 2024.
  • EPS Submission: To report adjustments for the month ended 5 November 2024.
  • Non-Electronic PAYE Payments: PAYE, NICs, student loan, and CIS deductions due for the month ended 5 November 2024.

22 November

  • Electronic PAYE Payments: PAYE, NICs, student loan, and CIS deductions due for the month ended 5 November 2024.

30 November

  • Corporation Tax Return: Due for accounting periods ended 30 November 2023.
  • Corporation Tax Amendments: Deadline for amending returns for accounting periods ended 30 November 2022.
  • Inheritance Tax Payments: Due for deaths that occurred in May 2024.

December 2024

1 December

  • Corporation Tax Due: For accounting periods ended 28 February 2024 (if not payable by instalments).
  • HMRC Advisory Fuel Rates: Review of rates for company cars.

7 December

  • VAT Returns and Payments: Due for the month or quarter ended 31 October 2024.

14 December

  • Corporation Tax Instalments (Large Companies):
    • Year ended 31 August 2024 – Instalment 4
    • Year ended 30 November 2024 – Instalment 3
    • Year ended 28 February 2025 – Instalment 2
    • Year ended 31 May 2025 – Instalment 1
  • Corporation Tax Instalments (Very Large Companies):
