REFUND POLICY

We offer a full refund on all invoices where the work required was not carried out. We invite you to read the conditions explained in more detail below, to see the condition that applies to your situation, while following the correct procedure.

 

If you are unhappy with the service that you have received from us, please let us know. Our Refund Policy gives you 14 days from the date of the invoice to raise any issues you have with our services. You are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of your invoice date.

 

After the 14-day period, we look at each refund request individual and cannot guarantee a refund will be made.

 

To be eligible for a refund, you must have received inadequate service, or the work carried out was much less than originally quoted.

Refunds

Once your case has been reviewed and a decision made, we will send you an email to notify you if your refund has been approved or refused.

 

 

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days.

 

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

 

  • We have completed less work than originally quoted.

 

  • You paid for a full year’s services but did not require it.

 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
